Language service providers
Our team members are highly qualified language professionals with proven experience. This enables us to provide translations between the main EU languages, covering many areas of specialisation.
For each new assignment we organise a project team made up of one or more translators, a proof-reader and a project manager.
Translators are carefully selected and continuously assessed; all translate exclusively into their own native language; each project is assigned to the best translator available within the specialist field; with each assignment the translator receives any relevant reference material and, when available, the customer’s specific terminology.
Our proof-readers are professionals with at least ten years’ experience as translators and a thorough understanding of the specific subject-matter dealt with in the text. They verify the completeness of the translation and check it for any errors in grammar, style, terminology, interpretation and formatting.
The project manager co-ordinates the work of translators and proof-readers and liaises with customers throughout all stages of the project, from receipt of the order to delivery of the final version, fostering their active participation whenever necessary.
No translation is ever delivered to the customer until it has been approved by the proof-reader and double-checked by the project manager.
As part of our constant commitment to quality, and as the language of industry and market sectors is increasingly characterised by the use of “field-specific jargon”, we have also developed a new Validation option to complement our traditional services. This process, which is the last stage of our workflow, gives our language specialists an opportunity to get in touch with your person of reference (agent, dealer, customer) to discuss and decide upon the most suitable terms and expressions for the specific context. The result is a truly customised product.
